Thikana Dhabla Ghosi
॥ राघवाय नमः — जय माँ आसावरी ॥
The royal seat of the Badgujar Rajputs in Malwa — descendants of Lava, son of Bhagwan Shri Ram — a living Suryavanshi Kshatriya house in Th.Dhabla Ghosi, Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh. Connected to Ujjain, Indore, Bhopal, and the sacred blessings of Aashwari Mata Ji.
The Lineage
From Ayodhya to Malwa
Welcome to the official seat of the Badgujar Thikana Dhabla Ghosi — a distinguished Suryavanshi Kshatriya lineage tracing descent to Lava (Luv), elder son of Bhagwan Shri Ram of Ayodhya. For centuries, the Badgujar dynasty ruled kingdoms and princely states across Rajasthan and western India, with Alwar and Rajorgarh as the great centers of Badgujar heritage.
We proudly represent the Badgujar Thikana Dhabla Ghosi, a historic Rajput principality in Madhya Pradesh. The Badgujars are among the most respected Kshatriya warrior lineages of India. Our ancestors were renowned for unyielding valor in battle, wise leadership in governance, and unwavering devotion to Dharma — qualities that still define the family today.
The Sisodiya and Rajora branches interweave through our genealogy, connecting this thikana to the greater tapestry of Rajputana. Even after India's independence in 1947, when the princely order merged into the republic, the Badgujar legacy endured — preserved in ritual, memory, and the stones of Dhabla Ghosi itself. Under the eternal blessings of Aashwari Mata Ji, we continue to uphold the traditions, festivals, and sacred rites that have sustained our house for over five centuries.
What We Carry Forward
Three Pillars of the Thikana
Vansh — Lineage
An unbroken genealogical chain from Lava of Ayodhya through the Suryavanshi Badgujar rulers of Alwar and Rajorgarh to the present thikana at Dhabla Ghosi. The Sisodiya and Rajora bloodlines converge in this house.
Shaurya — Valour
A martial tradition forged in the defense of Hindu sovereignty across Rajputana. Every descendant inherits not just stories of battle, but the expectation of courage, honor, and protection of the weak — the true Kshatriya dharma.
Parampara — Tradition
Festivals, rites, and devotion to Aashwari Mata Ji kept alive in Th.Dhabla Ghosi today. From the echoes of Banna-Baisa folk songs to sacred jharokha darshan — culture is practiced, not merely remembered.
